At E Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward 30-day policy for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a return for a refund.
Our Policy Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be completely unworn, unused, and in its original, new condition.

The item must be returned in its original, undamaged box and with all original packaging.

The original invoice must be included.
Important: Damaged or used shoes, or a damaged box, may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Policy Exclusions
Please note that items purchased on sale or with a discount of 60% or more are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Make an Exchange (Size or Style)
If you need a different size or wish to change the article, you have 30 days to make an exchange. Please contact our team to begin the process. We offer two convenient options:
1. Option A: Rider Exchange Service (PKR 400) This is our fastest and most convenient option. Our rider will deliver your new pair and pick up the original pair at the same time.

Fee for one pair: PKR 400

Fee for two pairs: PKR 600
2. Option B: Self-Return Exchange (PKR 190) You can send the original pair back to us using any courier service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your new replacement pair. The PKR 190 fee covers the delivery of the new pair to you.
How to Make a Return (for a Refund)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a refund, provided it meets the conditions listed above.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us using any courier.

Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our policy conditions, we will process your refund.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
