Order Processing & Dispatch

To ensure your order is sent out promptly, please note our processing schedule:

  • Processing Days: We process and dispatch all orders from Monday to Friday.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday-Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders After Cut-Off: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

  • Weekend Orders: All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Times

We offer fast delivery, with 98% of our orders arriving on time.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore): You can expect next-day delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for your parcel to arrive after dispatch.

  • During Promotions & Sales: Due to high sales volume, delivery times may be extended. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered during promotion periods.

Undelivered Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct and that you are available to receive your order.

If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to customer negligence (e.g., providing the wrong address, or failing to receive the call/parcel), we reserve the right to put the customer's account on hold. Future orders will require advance payment to be processed.
